The coach work is supported with a unique device – MTS(PTS?)-trainer, which is essentially a small (“pocket”) 16 camera MTS (PTS?), allowing both the three directors-trainees to carry out the montage of video (reportage, TV shows, video report about an event, etc.) in the real time mode, supporting the switching of video signals from 12 to 16 cameras.

Financial relations with the owners of events and sponsors

The main motive of the event organizer in giving an admission for a large television group to the event is the recording of a video protocol. Realizing the fact that the recording is conducted under the guidance of professionals and the percentage of defects in the final product is not critical, the owner of the event saves on video service. Therefore, the organizer is interested in “tolerating the hardship” in the sense of loyalty to a big crew.

In the process of learning with every broadcast a more and more well-organized team is formed. And the quality becomes more suitable for public use. Up to broadcasting on national television stations. This enables to negotiate with the owners of the event to sponsor the shooting process already from the second month of learning. It also allows to guarantee the quality of the video report about the event, suitable not only for the replication on the media, but also for the broadcast on small national channels or for webcasting. These negotiations are part of producer training. During discussions with the owner of the event the fact that the work is performed by trainees is taken into account. Therefore, the amount of funding may be a small percentage of the market prices for such support.

Organization of live broadcasts on the internet

One of the most important motives of the owners of the event to sponsor the filming process is direct TV internet broadcasting on the websites of the organizers. This option can be sponsored by an individual payment. Thus, sponsorship may be provided by two groups of motives:

  • providing of video accents in the final materials – tracking the brand elements of the sponsors, the record of interviews with the “necessary” people, the coordination of the stand-ups, montage, titration, etc.
  • live broadcasting on the internet.
