“Leadership. Development. Success”
03 October 2015On October 3d, a motivational project - Grand Summit “Leadership. Development. Success” – took place in Sumy. One of the main topics of discussion was the "Effective leadership in spite of wars and conflicts." Among the speakers were Ukrainian MPs, politicians, business leaders and academics. They talked about the ways to improve our country.
Among the famous people, Dr. of history Jaroslav Gritsak, an economist and adviser to three Ukrainian Presidents Alexander Paskhaver, business coaches Alexander Marchuk and Sergey Rozwadowski, the chairman of CPR Gleb Spivakov, attended the event.
This large-scale live broadcast in the history of the Sumy region was organized by: Regional TV with Sumy State University. The result - seven hours live on television and on the Internet. By the way, the live broadcast could be viewed non-stop both in other parts of our region, and outside of it.
People could watch this long- lasting telethon from the "Leadership. Development. Success. " Summit not only in Sumy in the Shchepkin Theater, but also on their TV screens and online on their computers. The "green room" was working the entire time, and included the journalists' questions to the speakers, giving the audience the opportunity to hear more than what has been said from the stage. The participants had an opportunity to see business-presentations and constant video fragments of the broadcast on the media screen in the hall. And all this was thanks to the coordinated work of two independent directors. So, the symbiosis of television and the Internet has allowed remote ukrainian participants of different age categories to receive maximum useful information.
