About Sumy relevancies

1 August 2015 at the exhibition center "Ilyinsky" public initiative "We live here" with the support of the Center for Social Partnership held a forum "On Sumy relevance".

The purpose of the forum was to offer the agenda for public discussion in Sumy, that in the future will enable society to articulate social request to local authorities. The panel discussion on the topic "How many employees Sumy City Council need to effectively manage the city?" with the current and former mayors was also conducted.

All the concerned citizens could join the discussions. The Forum was attended by about 100 representatives of the expert community and visitors.

It raised the following issues:

transparency and openness of local authorities;
participatory budget;
public transport;
housing service and public welfare;
municipal property and land resources;
administrative services;

Live broadcast event was organized by Sumy RSTBC together with a team of Internet TV lab. SSU and television agency Monolog.
